1. General Provisions.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a legal document binding on the Parties that establishes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when ordering the Goods by email. at the store.

1.4. By approving the Terms, the Seller also warrants that, in accordance with Clause 1.3. above, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods at www.spidometrai.lt e-shop.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer selects the goods in the e-shop, specifies the delivery address, chooses the payment method and becomes familiar with the Seller's rules "terms".

2. Protection of personal data.

2.4. By agreeing that the Buyer's personal data be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services at the Seller's e-shop, the Buyer also agrees to send information messages necessary to complete the order to the email and telephone number specified by the Buyer.
2.5. By registering in the e-shop and ordering the goods, the Buyer undertakes to keep the login data confidential and not to reveal it to anyone.

3. Seller Rights
3.1. The Seller may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to impair the operation or stable operation of the e-Store, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend the Buyer's access to the e-Store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
3.3. Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
3.4. The Seller shall have the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the Buyer if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days.
3.5. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the e-shop may not match the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
3.6. The Seller may cancel the order if the suppliers no longer produce, no longer supply the goods ordered by the Buyer. The Buyer shall be informed by e-mail or telephone. Payment for the order will be returned to the Buyer (by wire transfer to the Buyer's bank account).

4. Seller Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to offer to the Buyer an analogous product under important circumstances, unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid within 72 hours if the Buyer has made the prepayment.

5. Buyer Rights and Obligations.
5.1. The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Rules and other sections of this e-shop information.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods with the e-shop, notifying the Seller also returning the goods (within 7 working days from the date of delivery). Read more about returning goods in Rule 8.
5.3. In section 3.2 of the Rules above, the Buyer may exercise the right only if the item has not been damaged or has not substantially changed its appearance and has not been used.

5.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
5.5. If the information provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must immediately update it.
5.6. The Buyer undertakes not to pass on his login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login details, he must immediately inform the Seller via the means of communication specified in the "Contact" section.

6. Ordering of goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.
6.1. El. the shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
6.2. The Contract shall take effect from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Confirm Order" button and upon receipt of the order the Seller confirms it - sends a confirmation letter to the Buyer by e-mail.

6.4. The buyer pays for the goods by bank transfer.

7. Delivery of goods
7.1. The goods will be delivered through the Omniva postal service. You can pick up the goods yourself free of charge in Kaunas city before you place an order by contacting us and agreeing on the time of collection at Dubingių g. 4, LT - 49383, Kaunas.
7.2. The buyer undertakes to collect the goods himself.
7.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer according to the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are indicative and, in addition, do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the lack of ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In this case the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery.
7.4. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for violation of the time limits for the delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
7.5. In all cases, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately if the shipment is in damaged or otherwise damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unsolicited or inadequate quantity, incomplete package.
7.6. Once the buyer signs for delivery or delivery, the shipment is deemed to have been transferred.
7.7. If the Buyer notices the violation of the consignment, the Buyer has the right not to accept the consignment and to mark it on the consignment note. Once the buyer has accepted the item and signed the bill of lading without comment, the shipment is deemed to have been handed over properly.
7.8. The buyer must provide the exact delivery address, his real name and surname. The Buyer shall be responsible for the submission of incorrect data and the consequences thereof.
7.9. Delivery does not take place on weekends and holidays.
7.10. By purchasing the goods and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the online shop www.spidometrai.lt, the Buyer also agrees that the Seller may pack the item for shipment in the packaging of his choice.

8. Buyer and Seller Liability.
8.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for any resulting consequences and shall be entitled to claim direct compensation from the Buyer.
8.2. The Buyer is responsible for the actions taken on this email. shop.
8.3. The registered Buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If the services provided by the e-shop are used by a third party who logs in to the e-shop using the Buyer's login data, the Seller shall treat that person as the Buyer.
8.4. The Seller shall be relieved of any liability in cases where the loss arises from the fact that the Buyer, without regard to the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, has not become acquainted with these Terms and Conditions, even though such opportunity has been given to him.
8.5. If the E-Shop of the Seller contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for, maintains, controls or represents those websites or persons.
8.6. In the event of damage, the guilty Party shall compensate the other Party for direct damages.

9. Marketing and Information.
9.1. The Seller may, at its sole discretion, initiate various promotions in the E-Shop.
9.2. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the shares without notice, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the Shares shall be effective only in advance, i.e. from the moment they are performed.
9.3. The Seller shall send all notices by the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.

9.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to malfunctions of the Internet connection, e-mail service providers.
