Upon delivery to Lithuania, the goods will be delivered to the recipient in Lithuania specified in the order. If the item is not found at the recipient's home, a notification of the received item is left in its inbox. The consignee must collect the parcel at the postal address assigned to his address.
When choosing delivery to a parcel terminal LP EXPRESS 24 or OMNIVA, it is necessary to specify the terminal where you wish to collect the goods. The ordered goods will be delivered to the specified terminal. It will not be possible to change the terminal later.
The consignee will be informed about the goods delivered to the parcel terminal by LP EXPRESS 24 / OMNIVA by SMS or e-mail with the code, which will be entered on the terminal screen. It will not be possible to pick up the goods from the terminal without entering the code.
The goods delivered to the parcel terminal LP EXPRESS 24 are stored free of charge for the first 3 days. During this period, goods not taken from the parcel terminal are transferred to Lithuanian postal parcels. The goods will be stored for 30 calendar days. The consignee will be notified by SMS and / or e-mail. by email.
A charge of EUR 0.35 (VAT included) is charged on each day of postal storage. Upon receipt of the goods, the recipient will have to pay for the entire period of storage of the goods at the post office
